Cultivating excellence at an altitude of 1,200 meters
Nestled in the heart of the Matagalpa Mountains, Finca Renacer is much more than a plantation: it is the fruit of a dream, shaped since 2012 by the passion of Osmin and his team.
In this exceptional land, the altitude and climate create ideal conditions for cultivating unique beans with rich and complex aromas. Here, each coffee tree is carefully tended, and each harvest expresses the authenticity of a preserved terroir.
Beyond the quest for excellence, Finca Renacer is a human project. We are committed to providing an ethical and sustainable working environment, where the well-being and development of each individual remain a priority.

Judiciously located at height, the plantation provides optimal properties for the quality of the cultivated varieties.

The plantation is vast and extends over several hectares. To date, 20% of the plantation is cultivated.

GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
Between mountain and forest , the secret of an exceptional coffee
Located in the mountainous region of Comarca Yasica Sur, near Matagalpa, Finca Renacer benefits from an ideal natural environment for growing exceptional coffee.
Nestled at an altitude of 1,200 meters, in the heart of Nicaragua's rainforests, it offers perfect conditions for beans with rich and complex aromas.
Located on the Coffee Route, the plantation covers 350 hectares, 55 of which are already in production. We are aiming for a total of 60 hectares of cultivation to preserve the pristine jungle and maintain a balance between coffee cultivation and quality of life. With our 30 employees, we shape this ecosystem every day by preserving biodiversity and cultivating authentic coffee.

At Finca Renacer, each bean is cultivated with precision, offering coffee roasters the opportunity to reserve exclusive microlots with diverse and controlled flavor profiles. Using innovative processing methods tailored to our terroir, we go beyond traditional standards to create unique coffees.
By choosing our coffee, consumers directly participate in the development of the plantation and the support of the workers, thus creating an authentic bond between producer, roaster and coffee lover.

Mastery and resilience , the roots of our plantation
Since the beginning of Finca Renacer, the stability and expertise of our team have been a priority. Led by an agronomist, supported by stewards specialized in coffee growing, cooks, and a team of caretakers, they oversee every step of the process: from growing the plants to drying and sorting the beans.
Through this commitment, we promote sustainable practices, minimizing the use of chemicals and ensuring regular manual care, for exceptional coffee that respects its environment.
